Store matted prints

Ok I need your help. I am getting started in matting my photos. I am going to sell my photos at some of the art shows around my area and eventually online. I will have a small inventory to begin with until I really get into it and have some time to see what actually sells. Probably the biggest matted print I will sell at the shows will be 18 x 24 mats. My question to you all is how is best way to store all of my inventory for safe keeping and moving to shows and back home. I Planed to just get a plastic bin with lid to keep moisture out and safe from anything else but can't find one big enough for an 18 x 24 mat to go into. It seems all bins are smaller at bottom than the top measurement and won't work. Thanks

Thanks thix2112.
Yes that will work just fine. They are .5" bigger each way so that will give the room I needed to get the 18" x 24" mats in there. I knew someone would have something.

Make sure you get the resealable plastic sleeves that are 1/4 inch larger than your matting to keep your prints in. If your have a good supplier they should have them in stock for all of the matt sizes, but get the 1/4 inch larger size so they slid in and out without to much difficulty. People like to examine before purchase...

Thanks martinfisherphoto.
Yes I know that already but some people may not. I have bought a few already from Matboard Plus. Seems to be good stuff, I have bought (mat, Backer board, and bag). Comes I think as what they call a show kit. The bags are sealable so keeps dirt and other things out.

No Problem.. Just remembered as well, you can usually get the peel and stick hanger tabs to stick to the sleeves so you can hang them in your booth. Like 3 cents each.

Didn't know about hanger tabs. Good idea. I have 3 shows coming up I am going to so I can check out what everyone is doing and using. Thanks for the information.
