Hello Everyone! I have been looking forward to this challenge! Saw an article on dps and then a great post by another hogger "alissaspieces" in the Long Exposure-Landscape section and decided I had to give it a try. Hoping for a "printable, hang it on the wall" image. Now I can't wait to see yours! Please share!!! I know you have some spectacular images!

I posted one of my star pictures this morning, but will definitely post it here again. I did tweak it a bit. This was taken on Manual, 30 sec. F4.5 ISO 3200 at 11mm with a w/a lens and I use a remote trigger. I was quite pleased with how it turned out. It was a good lesson also on ISO. I thought the picture would be a complete right-off using ISO 3200. But it was not too bad! If anyone has some constructive critiquing, and or suggestions on what I could have done differently, it would be greatly appreciated. I am headed up to Tobermory, Ontario on Tues. for a few days and am going to try it again. Thanks!

Thank you Clicker!!! And thanks for the help you gave on it!!! I love yours! Beautiful job! Looks great in download. I also want to try night shots. Thinking more in the fall though, when it's not 100% humidity.!

WOW! I am loving everyone's beautiful landscapes! I will have to go through my more recent ones from my summer travels, but all so far are wonderful.

Well done. Veery well done. I am surprised at 30 seconds you didn't get more star movement.
