2 absolutely stunning images,Regis!! Composed perfectly, regal stance for the osprey and the "masked marauder " could not look any more dignified! Excellent,Excellent,Excellent!!!

I thank you very much, Carly Sue. The Cedar Waxwing is a very tough bird to photograph with it's short feather pattern and that black
band around the eye area. So, I got lucky this time with the help of the sunshine.

Below is a recent photo of two juvenile Ospreys.

Photo #2: Juvenile Osprey - Canon 5Dsr - Canon 100-400 II - Canon 1.4x III - 1/800 - f/14 - Iso @ 1000. Distance was about 120 feet.

A fantastic shot! I love how the light comes through the wing feathers! and that their eyes are so intense.

It's the lone ranger of birds. The bird looks so unique and fastidious in it's appearance.
