I initially posted this in the Photo Gallery section. Hope I won't get my wrist slapped for posting it again here.
While I had my macro setup on my Canon 7D (first generation) I saw some dandelions near by. I was all set to shoot the usual puffball when my contrary nature kicked in. There was a pre-bloom that caught my eye so of course that is what I went for. Here is my Dandelion.
Not my favorite flower/weed, but you captured it beautifully!!!
This is beautiful, Spencer. The different angle turns the lowly dandelion into a work of art.

Thanks. What I found interesting was the bloom's case. Busted open it looks like a crown. Or a jester's hat.
