I was sitting at my desk when this Red Tail landed in the dead birch 20 feet from the window, I was seated about 6 feet from the window. I didn't want to move so as to make him fly away, so these aren't all that sharp

Not bad at all! Sometimes you get what you get and consider yourself fortunate. Had Mom, Dad, and two juveniles about the same distance you had away from me the other day, no chance to get a camera. The squirrels were looking decidedly nervous, but the juvies were too new at it to nail any of them. Pity.

Considering how far you were from the window, and the fact that you were shooting through the glass, these shots are wonderful! Good job boberic!
