Looks like the focus is good. Are you still having trouble with it. As I said I sent mine in for repair and should get it back this coming week. Mine wouldn't focus and also read Err 1 when I pressed the shutter. I use BBF on both my 7D and T3i and it was the same with both....Rich

These were taken before the lens started acting up again. I use back button too, but only got err1 once and that was before I sent it back to Tamron the first time. Now just really slow focus acquisition or can not focus at all (flashing green light in view finder). Let me know how you make out with yours.
