This is an absolutely absurd statement. Under oath today Comey said that the FBI didn't even look at what Clinton said under oath in a congressional hearing, but his statement on Tuesday listed four things that were different than what she testified before congress. That's perjury and that's a felony. If you can't understand that then what proof do you possibly need.

She said to the congressional hearing she used a private server so that she only had to use one device. Comey said that she used multiple devices. That means she lied. That's perjury. He said that she had 1-3 documents that were listed as classified when she received them on her server. She said to congress that she did not receive any classified documents on her server. A second lie, once again perjury. He said that she had filed deleted that were not supposed to be deleted. She said that they turned over all relevant documents. That's a third lie to congress. Once again perjury. There are at least two other instances where she also lied to congress. Just look at the transcript of what she said to the congressional hearing and then compare it to what Comey said on Tuesday.

How blind do you have to be to not understand that she committed perjury. She also destroyed evidence, also a crime.

Silver, read what she said and read Comey's press conference. She lied to congress, that's perjury.

The only bull is that liberals are refusing to acknowledge the obvious. I have never seen people so blind to the truth. What she has done is far worse than any thing Nixon ever did.

Can't you guys get it. She is guilty and it has been proved. She lied to congress. Look at her statement at the Bengahzi hearings and look at Comey's statement. She lied to congress. That's perjury and that's a felony. It has been proved. That's why we are so furious that nothing has been done. The navy soldier that did the same thing as Clinton with classified information was given two years probation, a $7,500 fine and has lost his security clearance. He didn't even lie to congress and when he was found guilty they said there was no evidence of intent, which is exactly the excuse that Comey used to not indict Clinton. Proof of preferential treatment and proof of guilt to anyone who will just read the transcripts.

Nonetheless you are right that it is a waste of time and money because people like you won't bother to look at the facts and consequently nothing is going to happen.
