Very nice Pierre. I enjoyed reading your narrative, too.
Well composed picture - you caught a wonderful subject Pierre!
A little too bluish cast all over the image though - the clouds and the green vegetation in particular.
White balance for incandescent light instead of the sunlight to enhance the blue color?
What a cool shot .., captured perfectly ... Thnx for sharing ....

We have two computers and an IPad. As well, I have a close photo pal who is highly regarded. None of our monitors show what you are talking about. At the most it is inconsequential and grossly exaggerated on your part.
Some may prefer a warmer look on a cloudy day, others may not. The color tone of the vessel is what is most important.
It is noteworthy that in the time you have been on this site you have never posted a photo.
Therefore this tells us nothing about what authority you may have in making criticisms of any kind.
Remember, some of us have no qualms about crtitiquing the critics. We also have an 'ignore list'.

Getting a decent tall ship photo has been on my bucket list for some time.
Thanks Vicki.

The clouds were pretty close to being a big soft box, which I like.
Thanks Angela.

I am so envious. Would love to see something like this in person.

Without exaggeration Jean, Sandra and I were mesmerized. The workmanship is fantastic.
Thanks.
