Why not take a look at the Nikon P900? While it does not do RAW, if you are not into RAW anyway, that is no handicap. And it certainly has the range in zoom to get you into the action from anywhere on the field or in the stands.

In looking over some reviews of the P900 it seems it is not very good for low light photography, in high ISO IQ and in low light focusing.
