Win 10 and topaz plug ins for PSP

On my new Win 10 computer I was able to download and install nik suite as plug ins for PSP X8, but when I tried the Topaz, the search folders dialog box doesn't seem to open enough for the bottom with the "ok" box to appear. Everything is going smooth to that point. Any ideas, I don't know why the nik went in fine but the Topaz isn't. about two weeks apart in the install attempt (I'm no guru computer wise)

If its being blocked by the task bar, right click on it, then properties and auto hide task bar. It will be hidden and open up the window until you pit the cursor on it.

What antivirus/antimalware programs are you using? Win or Mac?
