I clicked an image of this dragonfly and it immediately lit out whizzing by my ear.

To my suprise it quickly returned, it had snatched a deer fly from right next to me. My hero!

Deer fly eyes are very interesting. They have variations in the design but seem to be always maize & blue.

Terrific set T Span. I have always heard that Dragon Flies were our friends & you captured the proof. Thanks for sharing.
