Nice shots!
Some of them require a little bit of underexposure because the light is in the background and under normal circumstances the shadows fall in the foreground.

I'm particularly fond of #5: all the verticals of the hanging moss and trees, with a touch of color and sun on the horizon. Wonderful sense of place.

A wonderful series Dave, and very well shot. Enjoy your new 6D. I recently got a 7D MK II and am having a ball with it. Aren't new camera's so much fun?

Thanks for the critique! I was trying not to have total silhouettes of everything and wanted to see the detail my camera could bring out.

Thanks, you know I almost bought the 7D Mk II but I wanted the image quality of the full frame more so.
