I read your link. Very interesting. Since the first of the 2016 year, Microsoft says it has 200 million monthly users of Windows 10. That's still only 10% of the total users. Surprisingly, Windows 7 still dominates 55% of total computer users. Perhaps too many for Microsoft? Another surprise is that 10% of total users still use Windows XP. Source. Cnet.
This happened on one of my computers. I had to wait for it to finish installing before I could opt out and restore Windows 7. I have installed "NoWindows10" and have had no regrets.
