Olympus E620 Users of Raw Files and Recent Update of Windows 10 with Olympus Viewer 3 also Installed

I ought to say that I am not on Cloud, so I am not dealing with the Latest versions, but what I do have works perfectly OK.

I also have Photoshop 11.

I use Lightroom 5 for importing my photos and still do. There isn't a problem with Lightroom as the photos are downloaded there without any problem, so it is not a Lightroom problem like the previous member.

I am not blaming Windows 10, as I like it very much, having only downloaded it within the last two weeks.

Since downloading Windows 10, any new photos or even some that were on the hard drive where they are stored are blanked out and in order for me to see what the photos are, I have to convert them to JPEG. I didn't have to convert them before and I could see what the photos were in order to attach them to an e-mail. If I now want to e-mail them from my hard drive like I did before I now have to convert them as I can't see what the photo is. Have anyone else had this problem?

I don't want to send them through Lightroom as I have tried and can't. I will work on that another time.

Although Olympus Viewer 3 is installed I don't use it for processing my photos. It didn't use to pop up before, but now it does and I dismiss it and continue to Lightroom where I download the photos.

I have contacted Olympus Help Line and they have talked me through how to batch process the photos, but that is not the answer as I didn't have to do that before.

Any light on this annoying issue would be gratefully appreciated.
