I was in a dimly lit restaurant and noticed that folks at nearby tables were all staring at their phones! Wonder if they were texting across the table! Cranked up the camera to ISO 6400 and shot these.

They look good. It's hard to take a photo these days where the person isn't holding a cellphone.

As a corollary, people who cannot have a memorable and rewarding experience unless they get home with a bad photo on their cell phone...

The wife and I constantly comment as we travel around in our daily lives and see kids especially sitting in a park obviously bored with their surroundings texting away oblivious to the beauty around them... It was refreshing recently to be in a Portillos restaurant when a busload of young teens entered and basically surrounded us... Not a single one had a cellphone or camera of any kind out... They were actually using the ancient art of conversation... It does happen but rarely in this society today...
