Cute :) That is very kind of you to look after them. Murphy obviously is not an Auduboner or associated with the local Audubon or NWF if they are saying it is a violation. If the ducklings have been abandoned there is nothing wrong with it. Best thing prob. that you can feed to them is cracked corn. When they get older loose corn from bags of corn on the cob if you are feeding corn on the cob to squirrels and jays.
