winds died down an hour or so before sunset. This sunspot must be HUGE!!

I guess it is by what Jim has been shooting.
I plan on getting a shot tomorrow when the wind dies down.
Steve did you get a shot or get to see it???

New format you have to do 2 things now "Choose File" & "Add Attachment" check (store original) box.

Tried that a couple of times so far to no avail ,,,, I can't seem to upload to any site at all , I will keep trying

Testing
I typed message. Chose file, attached file and the clicked send once the picture shows in the message. Are you waiting for the picture to load into the message? It now shows like a preview when it's complete. You may not be waiting long enough.

The old limit used to be 20MB, I don't know what it is now???
Here is an old 21MB shot. What a surprise it works.
Are you sure it's a JPEG or TIFF???

yes , it is a different procedure, I think my addled brain finally worked through the process,,,, the photo will probably show up several times now!

You are right I wasn't waiting long enough even after i had resized the photo,,,, it just sat there for maybe 20 min before it went off into the ethers

Very nice shot. It was worth the wait.
Your 14" does a really nice job of resolving that honker.
It's a pretty large spot for sure.
What filters etc. did you use?
