Oh my! So glad you got that awesome shot in #1 for the unique perspective and lines. Just breathtaking!

I also do love #2 - talk about storytelling. Either image absolutely stands on its own, but together they are even more compelling. Wonderful, wonderful work.

Too bad -- so sad. But, No. 1 is still a big winner Carla. Oh my! The color is fabulous.

I appreciate your encouragement so much, Linda, Thank you! I actually was only going to post#2 as I found it just as colorful as the first yet unique. It is such a delicate flower.

Yep, so short lived! Thank you, Pierre. I find their color so striking; they are mixed in with the very dark purple irises and each brings out the color of the other!

Thank you,Angela! and did you note that I actually posted TWO images?!! Took me a bit but was determined. Otherwise, I was actually only going to post the second. It made me laugh at the time. So delicate and I destroyed it like a bull in a china shop!

LOL... I didn't realize you are having trouble posting, it seems a lot easier with this new format, so I'm proud of you that you manged!! Don't forget to click the box to restore original so we can check it out on the download.
If I was shooting this and setting everything up, the flower would have fallen on it's own because it would take me that long!!!

Stunning colours and compositions Carlysue. My favourite is #2 the petals have fallen beautifully so pleased you took the shot, love the light on the vase. Super set.
