Erasing Makeup from neck

I have Paintshop Pro X7 and trying to remove the makeup from the neck of my granddaughter. She wants her neck to be white like the skin below her neck. Any help would be appreciated.

You could use the clone tool. Or if a layer user an overlay with color blend mode.
Frankly I think she'd look better by matching her skin tone to her face.

For finishing touches. you can't use just the clone brush. to keep the lighting you have to do a series of things. using image adjustments (hue/saturation,color balance and levels) and you are welcome. Very attractive young lady.
