On1 question about finding Resize in On1 10

I posted this in Post Processing but haven't heard anything so thought I'd try here. I have On1 10 which includes their Perfect Resize but I can't figure out how to access the Resize portion of the suite. In the earlier versions it was easily seen in the top bar but On1 10 changed EVERYTHING and I'm struggling to do a simple resize I need to do to order a canvas. I would really appreciate any help you can give me. I've searched their FAQ to no avail.

Thanks!
Donna

I have On1 10 and Resize icon is on the right side of my screen.

May be possible you have that menu hidden.

I can send you a screen shot later if needed ... not on that computer right now.

Hmmmm.....all it shows on the right side of my screen are icons as follows:
On1 Enhance
On1 Effects
On1 Portraits
On1 Layers

I don't see where anything could be hidden but a screen shot MIGHT reveal what I'm missing. Thanks!

If you have LR, under File, go to plug in extras and it should be there. I'm using 9.5, but it should be the same.

Thanks, wolfman, but in LR all that shows up is Enhance 10, Effects 10 and Portrait 10. I also have Batch 0 and Resize 9 but they don't open up properly. I don't think I opted to keep 9.5 when I upgraded. I'm beginning to think the upgrade was not a great idea. Thanks for trying to help.

In LR, under photo, go to edit in, and see if it's there.

Actually, plug-in extras has nothing in it. How do I get stuff in there?

Thanks.

One more thing to try, go to plug-in manager, and see if there is a resize plug-in.

I just upgraded from 10.1 to 10.5 and resize now shows up on the right-side menu. Prior to this upgrade, I was using Perfect Resize 9 as a stand-alone.

Very strange that everyone else seems to see it on the right hand side but me! Thanks for jumping in KennyMac.

Ok, I found it! Apparently I was looking in the wrong place. There's a plug-in extras under library that's empty but the plug in extras under file was where I found it. Thanks so much for sticking it out til we found success! Much appreciation to all!

Thanks, Portcragin. I just called and it basically said to go to support and leave an email. I will do that if I have to but I really need an answer tonight. My new question is that although I've now FOUND Resize it doesn't work like it used to and is not creating an extension of my image to wrap around the canvas frame. It USED to do that. I've been advised by someone on another site that the On1 10.5 update DOES resolve that. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to get that update. I'm going to go back thru my emails and see if I missed something. Going to the site did not help.
