Thank you DavinM, Sloscheider, MarcoMarks and all others who helped to find the answer to my memory issues in my computer. Everyone was pretty much on the same page with your answers. What had happened...my enternal hard drive was full to the point where it could not store anymore information. My mistake was I assumed my 2 terabyte external hard drive was automatically receiving the over flow of data that my internal hard drive could not handle. Internal hard drive "C" has to be manually copied into external hard drive "G", then internal hard drive "C" had to be emptied to allow more space for future files. Remember I said I was no computer wiz kid, and I can hear many of you saying...that is what you tried to tell me. So thanks to all of you for being "polite and understanding" to a not so computer literate person with your replies.

Think of two buckets sitting side-by-side where their contents have to be moved from one to the other by hand. Windows uses the internal drive so it needs an amount of free space therefore I move all my documents to an external drive. Its also a safety net in-case your computer tanks. Any way, I'm glad it all worked out.
