My wife and I were in San Diego a week ago and we visited a used camera store while we were there. They had a LOT of great cameras including some TLR's. She was very interested and so I just bought a Yashica 635 on Ebay. It shoots Med format or 35mm (with an adapter kit)

Very psyched to have this in our bag!

Nice! MF & 35! I'm an SLR guy, but there's just something "sexy' about a TLR. Some look as good as the photos they catch!

Cool!
Loved those large negatives/slides.
(I have a 124G, but it's on the curio shelf...)

My first college photography course, back in the late '60s, the school supplied Yashica D TLRs. I had only used 35mm point and shoots before, but I hated having to compose looking down at the focusing screen, and I quickly bought my first SLR, a Nikkormat, which I found much easier to use.

I have a 124G that I still use once in a while, mostly for b&w. I love that old camera--bought it new about 1970.

I had one of them years ago. Very nice camera. I bet she'll turn some heads when people see her using it. Remember when all "good" cameras had nice leather cass?

I had one of those as well. It was a Japanese clone of a Rolleiflex and took great shots. I also had a Mamiya C330 whis was even better.

The kit, including the case, look like they are in excellent condition. Well done.

Now don't take this seriously, but you could probably pop out that bottom lens and hide a GoPro in the base!!! That would really blow a few people away.

Mine was the Minolta Autocord. I have hundreds of eye popping transparencies. Almost nothing I've done since--35mm film or digital is as exciting as seeing those slides on a screen.

TLRs are great - if you're still shooting film. I recently gave my Rollei 2.8 Planar and two bricks of TMX film to my granddaughter who has taken an interest in photography, especially film photography. She is using it far more than I had been. Still have my Mamiya C333 outfit that I'm not using now, will probably try to sell it all.
