Memories---not all good either!! LOL I was 2nd Battalion Regiment of Canadian Guards in early 60's. Regiment was disbanded on stupid Unification of Armed Forces and subsequent downsizing.

Very interesting B&W shots. I am wondering why you elected to use B&W for what are very colourful uniforms. They work well though.

Yes I was. 2nd shortest guy in the Guards. LOL When I came back from US Army I wanted to go to family regiment---the Queen's Own Rifles---but I got shanghaied. LOL On Unification 2nd Guards were disbanded and became 3rd Royal Canadian Regiment. Then I put 8 yrs in S.D.& G(Glengarry Highlanders) reserve. Can't remember what became of the guys in 1st Guards. I believe the Q.O.R. was just disbanded and they guys sent wherever.
