I have tried to make a Microsoft email to no avail. Why can't you use your previous email to get the app I already have a few emails. None of them are Microsoft. I went to Microsoft support, Put my present email in to ask for help making a Microsoft email. Support says "We don't recognize your email"
You need a Microsoft email to do anything.I put a printer in the windows 10 after that it told me you need a Microsoft app to be able to print anything. When I finally got to some one they wanted $52 to tell me how to make a Microsoft email.
Where does anyone go for Help

Err, you may be having problems, but what does this have to do with Windows 10? Unfortunately it sounds more like a lack of understanding about computers of any kind.
Can you be more coherent about your problems?

Do You know how much trouble I have had with this app thing I installed a printer and can't get it to work because I do not have a Microsoft email to get the App. Nothing will work with out the app and Microsoft email. I have made numerous emails nothing works Tell me how do you make a Microsoft email? The editor moved my post to this location.

We do not know. However, it is challenging to try and understand what your problem is. Clearly you are frustrated, but what you are saying has little to do with installing or upgrading a new operating system.
First question, since you are talking about apps, are you using a computer (laptop or desk side) or a tablet or a phone?
Very little is clear in what you are saying.

By Microsoft email, do you actually mean a Microsoft account? Your reference to Microsoft email in the context of your post doesn't make any sense. Are you saying you need to create a Microsoft account so your can download apps? If you are referring to email programs, explicitly which one did you want to use,? What printer are you trying to use with Windows 10. How did you try to set it up so Windows 10 would recognize it? Did you run the add printer feature?

Unfortunately, MS has forsaken "Programs" for "Apps" in Win10. Clicking on the Start button gives you the option of viewing all your Apps - like Lightroom, PS, Quicken, etc. Now they are apps, not programs.

Microsoft Email is not necessary. I have Win10 on two machines, but no MS email. Please go back to the beginning and take this one step at a time. Tell us what your goal is, what you did, why, and the result. Tell us the make and model of your equipment.
Keep it short, and we'll solve one problem at a time. Google's Gmail is excellent, by the way.

What eMail program are you using and can you access it through your web browser? I use GMail and always access through the web browser as I don't want the email downloaded to my computers.

Tom's Hardware Windows 10 Forum for one.. Very good and the Tom's Hardware site has been a favorite of hardware techs and junkies for years. Search for it on Yahoo or Google.

Sorry for these know it all folk, they are so full of BS they are rude, and know that windows 10 SUCKS and always will. Look at the private polls, it is a Click of Gee I am so smart. for the reply what does this have to do with photography? That comment speaks for itself he dosent know where he is posting. Like Photography some are masters others , and most are not.Some people are good with os systems, and and sure want you to know they are, These folk aren't smart enough to know when something is forced on you, well DUH, more liberty was lost,but the simple minded are asleep.

Sorry, a lot of us disagree with you. I've been using Windows 10 since it came out and barring a few driver issues, which have all been fixed, I have never had a problem with this OS on 2 desktop computers and pro on a Laptop. 10 is the best OS Microsoft has ever made and a lot of problems people have are inversely proportional to the effort they put into using the system. There are a lot of people out there that just don't want to put the time into learning how the system works. In my experience Apple users tend to be more technical to start with and will take the time to learn their systems whereas many Windows users have no idea where to start simply because they are non-technical and won't take the time to figure things out. I'm not putting anyone down but I worked as a certified tech for many years on both MS and Apple systems and they are my observations over the years. I can't tell you how many general computer users I have worked with that do the craziest things with their computers simply because they haven't taken the time to learn the basics.

Sorry if this offends you but, with the exception of one writer questioning why a computer question was posted in a photography forum (which has since been moved to Chit Chat by Administration), everyone else has only been asking relevant questions to help Tangoking clarify exactly what the problem is so realistic help can be offered.
