Walt great shots as always but #1 is just fantastic! You picked up so much detail on those that I wouldn't want to get any closer to one really. Every hair stands out, and all the way on it's back too. Right down to the toes on it gripping the little picker you've got detail. Man this stands out to me. That does it, you've inspired me. I'm turning this thing off and getting out and shooting.

Wow, what a brilliant set.
After spending a couple of unsuccessful days trying to get decent handheld pictures of insects in my garden your excellent shots made me want to both give up and carry on trying at the same time.
Although to be fair there are not many interesting bugs to photograph in Wales on a wet April day (we'll that's my excuse).
