I have a chance to pick up a Panasonic Lumix 16X, is this a good walk around camera? I like it because it would easily fit in shirt pocket.

There are several Lumix cameras with 16x zoom; which model exactly are you considering?

Never mind she sold it out from under me. Thank you for the responces anyway. I have a T1 and a t5 but was wanting one I could carry around in my shirt pocket.

look for a used canon s120, it will do what the big boys can do, and fit in your shirt pocket

I have an S100, and it is a great shirt pocket camera.

Agree on the s120 or s110. I use one at work. I also use a Panasonic LX-7 and despite its age, it's still a wonderful camera. The f1.4 Leica lens on it is awesome, especially with the lights get dim.
