Look....the issue is ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! What don't you understand about it? I am all for immigration when it is sanctioned, Unlimited and unenforced immigration cannot be good for us. Can it? Why go half pigged? It would be more effective to mix large quantities of swine urine, feces and blood then fill crop dusters and keep them flying night and day until the invading hordes or murderers and rapists flee back home.

The harvesting of vegies is dependent upon Mexican labor and most of that labor just comes across the boarder. Some stay and some leave. Are they taking American jobs well one does not see gangs of Americans lining up to do stoop labor.
It was not so long ago that the arguments you give were leveled against Jews, Italians, Irish, and Germans, etc. Immigration is what makes America great.
It should be noted that the US because of its rather open boarder and because we are able to integrate or assimilate those from other countries recovered faster from the Bush depression faster than Europe which is still in the economic dumpster.

I live in south Florida and the economic success of the immigrant community is astounding and is responsible for the growth of the area. All of Latin America comes here including Mexico, and the people work hard, start businesses, educate their kids, etc. BTW almost no one asks if they are legal or not. No one cares! Miami is now predominantly Latino and completely bi-lingual. It is great! Oh, the food!!!!!! The music!!!! Las bonita chicas!!!!

I agree that immigration (controlled immigration) adds to our society in many positive ways. But I cannot agree with opening our borders to allow any and every one free access as apparently you do.
