I bought one of those in Washington state back in '77. It was 600.00 used. It used ME! I learned how to lap valves after I realized the stupid timing chain was loose! And THAT taught me how to use a coat hanger to string a new chain without having to discomboobalate the whole engine!😂😂😂

Sure it wasn't baling wire? that's what I used for everything back then. :-)

Not sure bailing wire was used much outside of The South... Oh well we now have duck tape :lol:

Yup, and everyone said they were junk... and they were. Who could have predicted the future of Honda cars.
Use to call them "Japanese beer cans" and they rusted terribly. People stopped buying for a while, then Japan got smart, realized they had to improve quality control, did, and look where they are now.
