Thank you, Craig. Is there specifically some guide that can explain what you guys go through to get these wonderful pics? The very thought boggles my mind.
BTW, I lived in Santa Maria back in the days when the space shuttle facilities were being built at Vandenberg AFB. My husband was working as part of that. Then the Challenger blew up and everything ground to a halt. :-(

Hi Cathy, So glad you found my home away from home.
Most of us post quite a few of the details of what we do to get the shots so that others can have a starting point. If we don't and you want to know how or where we started, please ask. This group does not have a problem with sharing if anything, you may get more info than you really want.

Hi CathyAnn at the beginning of the Astro Forum you will see
6 help files that will fill you with a million more questions so you can ask away.
A lot of the terms we use and acronyms are not in there.
That would be nice if someone could compile a list of those.
