Rich...
Rich,
I will continue to shoot since I really enjoy doing that. I just got home from my actual real part time job, but worked 9 hours and that is all physical labor to boot. However, I am fortunate to work with 3-7 guys, when they are all there, who are very nice and we have some fun as we work quite hard, diligently, and conscientiously taking a great deal of pride in our work and the final outcome.
So, yes, I am quite tired right now, but
my real passion is photography and
I truly love Portraiture. I also enjoy other genres of photography, as well, since I simply enjoy seeing the result after I snap the shot and after PP'ing if need be. Of course it is always needed since I shoot in RAW 99% of the time.
I was exposed to Portraiture while on UHH and was coached by a member via the internet. I have actually shot with him in person, as well as 6 other guys here on UHH, and we had a great time and we acted as though we had known each other for years, but we had not know each other except for some minor posts and replies here on UHH.
I loved the shoot with Emmy - fantastic model to work with in every way. I have also enjoyed a couple other models I have shot - one was from Florida and the other was from Nevada, I think. Both were also Makeup Artists, as was Emmy, and that makes such a huge difference when shooting and the outcome, plus there is so much less PP'ing involved as well. The gal from Nevada was also a good photographer, a fashion designer making clothes, and very intelligent and she was a Mother as well.
I am just fearful that people will quickly become tired or bored with shots of Emmy. I had taken 144 shots and maybe 10 we're not so good, and that was probably my fault!
Thanks for your comments about Emmy 2, 3, and 4. They are all sincerely much appreciated so thanks for taking the time to make comments.
Best Regards,
Tom
