Here is a shot of a dead tree at the Grand Canyon. I used NIK SilverEfixPro and Lightroom CC. If you have not taken advantage of the free NIK group this is what I found to improve your shots.

I like it. Some great tree shots at the Grand Canyon. Don't get caught up on the big stuff. There's a lot to the small scenery.
