Challenge-Apr.11-13-Table Top Photography

Table top photos, here are some tips and hints.

This first group will look very familiar, it is a little show and tell on DOF.
The first 3 photos taken with a Canon 60D mounted on a tripod, triggered remotely. EF50mm USM @ f1.4 @ 1/200 ISO 200, spot metering, and manual mode. The 4th photo was taken using the same setup, I did change the settings to f22@125.

Those photos are a very nice way to start this challenge. Thanks for the links too. There's very good information to be had in each of them.
I used window light and a reflector to illuminate this bird figure.

Some more reflections are very subtle. You may have to down load to compare the photos.

Good Morning Dane! Thank you for hosting! Love your subject, great links and your posts with examples! Well done sir! I will work on making some reflectors today! I do have one set of clamps similar to the sample below. I bet you can get the clamps at the Dollar Store which will do just fine for holding the reflectors. Just noticed the little clips you used. How simple but effective! Catch you later....need to go find some coffee!
