I have been away from the forum for some time with intermittent posts and looking in from time to time. I have ventured into other venues and mediums... Flickr for one as well as a number of others. I also have acquired the camera you see and have been enjoying again trying my hand at medium format. I am grateful for those who sent me pm's and those who have graciously welcomed me back. This is truly a very intelligent and nurturing community. I continue to learn and receive a large dose of inspiration. Thank you all!

i've owned and used mamiya 645s in all their variations. with the exception of the super, they've all been great and very rugged and dependable.

A lovely acquisition. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

As for your tagline quote, it inspired me to think of John Shedd.
