HELP GETTING AN OLD STEREO ADAPTER WORKING

First pix is plastic case w/ Russian(?) name. I have housing for optics shown w/ 58mm entrance. Have Nikon D3200 w/ kit lenses & macros. What is optimum lens for adapter? Is there an on line proceedure for adjusting mirrors if needed? Thanks for the advice!

John, First the lable translates to:
