No I do not, but if I may ask, how would that type of software help with property photography?

I won't argue that it is the best...
But OP asked for "reasonable priced".
You have to request pricing from Autodesk, makes me expect the purchase price has at least 3, possibly 4 digits before the decimal point!

I have used various "Punch" programs in the past. The more "basic" versions will have everything you need and they sell under $100 Canadian over here. I presume they would be available in Europe but can't say for sure.

I understand, but IMHO and based on my architectural and engineering career it was the only software I could recommend. It's all I have ever used.

If you are photographing existing properties, I would think that floor plans would already be available. Pretty much any software, free or purchased, that does floor plans will, I expect, have a pretty steep learning curve. I have used this in the past and it is not too bad:

I doubt you would need a full blown CAD program, and the learning curve that comes with it.

A regular drawing program to lay squares/rectangles for rooms and label them.
Insert doors and windows and you're probably good to go.

I would think that a general layout would do ... where complete accuracy would not be an issue for this type of work.

Based on what you describe, the far-lower cost Autocad LT would probably do the job.
