And advance calls to a contractor, to make sure the crane arrives at the right time to get me back up! I have been playing with a camranger, along with the remote tripod head that goes with it. It's all mounted on a Platypod Pro, but is really top-heavy that way. Besides, it is *so* complicated getting all the cables connected properly... The 'pod has holes so that it can be screwed to something, so I am trying to figure out some kind of board arrangement, to spread the weight/balance out, and maybe even have some handles so that I can pick the whole thing up without using the camera as the handle!
