Download is striking, Piet. Very beautiful.

I can't recall if we talked about before, but if you don't save as srgb, the thumbnail will look very dull colored. The prize awaits those willing to download, however :)

thank you Dixie, DOOK, Walt, Linda and Bob - I appreciate your feedback. I have mixed feelings about perhaps having over-sharpened, overworked the areas that are close. I need much more flower practice!

I am still confused by color spaces but have been reading up on them. My setting was ProPhoto RGB which seemed like the right thing to do since I had 16 bits of data to work with. At the end, if I converted the image to sRGB (I think) it would have converted the image such that the image would have looked the same as the thumb (as opposed to making the thumb look like the image).

In any event, if I did work in sRGB, I needed to do so right off the bat, or else end up with a color shift when I did the conversion... But I am going to pull up some color space articles and compare my it to my PS settings.
