Please tell us about your macro set-up: camera, lens, & illumination.
I'm not an expert but after checking some references it may in the family Calliphoridae. As you can see it is on flowers with an extended proboscis in contact with a flower.
Hand-held Nikon D7100 at ISO 200, 28mm lens reversed, built-in camera flash as fill, 1/125-sec at f/11.
My macro shots are living creatures in their natural environment - no set ups.
