Welcome to the official launch of the FYC Book Club – For Your Pleasure

What’s Expected:
- Read the assigned book
- Do some homework
- Share your images
- Discuss what you’ve learned

How It Will Work:
- A free book will be announced at the start of the project
- Once started, a plan will be posted for working through it
- And let you know when discussions will start
- Review other’s responses and respond whenever you wish
- New book club members will start with the next book
- PM me to suggest a book (St3v3M)
- And if you’d like to serve as Facilitator for a book

Our First Book Project!
- For our first project, we will use a free E-book by David du Chemin, TEN - Ten Ways To Improve Your Craft Without Buying Gear. You’ll provide your email and some brief identifying information to Craft & Vision, but you can elect to opt in/opt out of subsequent contact from them. They will email you a link to download the book, which will be in PDF format suitable for use on computer or e-reader. It looks great on tablets too. If for some reason you have trouble signing up or downloading, PM me and I’ll help you sort it out.

What To Do Next:
- Download the book
- Read the first lesson “Get Pickier”
- Carry out the Creative Exercise at the bottom of the lesson
- Select one of your images to post and discuss the questions
- This should be informal and interactive. So talk, talk, talk!
- I’ll give a go ahead when we’re ready to move to the next lesson
- But feel free to cheat and read ahead if you want!

I would like to be in but awhile back...quite awhile back...it was the pdf upgrade on the day that "my pictures" disappeared that seemed to be the trap to fall into with no time to climb out. (One leg is about chewed off by now from trying to pull it out.)
Oh yeah, thanks for the invitation to contact you if having difficulties, but you don't need to be handed any. In fact I may get around to telling a true story soon about pictures,mine, yours or everyone else's...but I'm not trying to "bait" your breath by mentioning it :)
