help please with this picture

I've been asked by a friend to remove the two ladies on the left of this picture and also the trophy. I'm afraid this is beyond my ability and I'm hoping that some of you Hoggers might give me some pointers please.

do you have photoshop? if so, it would be easier to take the lady out of the picture you want to leave in and move her to a different background layer. google or you tube would be able to walk you through the procedure. if you do not have photoshop, or know someone who does, you may be out of luck unless you have someone in your city that has that type of service.

If you want the full length you will have to go with Photoshop.
