This is the best I could do under the Windy, Overcast night I had.
Plus I just wanted to post something, it's been so long.
Celestron 9.25" w/Nikon D800 (normal) f'10, 1/15 sec, ISO 200, @ 2400mm.
Seeing conditions, weak at best.

All things considered it still looks like Jupiter.
I may reconsider the solar scope for an 8" rietchy cline (sp?) tube.
I need to decide what I really want to image I guess.
Keep shooting Craig. Don't let the turkeys get you down as we used to say.

Well, I can tell it is Jupiter.

Can't hardly tell mine is... 'cept for the 4 moons.

Hah, you wish!
They'll have you up and dancin a jig, then boot you out of the hospital.
My BIL has had both of his done.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Craig. And take your pain meds. When your mind isn't on any pains, you'll heal faster.

I need a new back. Wore mine out before I was washed up.

Thanks Craig!

I went down to .5 second, and up to 3 seconds.
But I liked the 1 second exposure the best.
That's with that 0.5x focal reducer on.
