I used one of those until it broke--still miss it. My students thought it rather incongruous of me to use a fountain pen to write and a computer to keep my grades and make assignments. Perhaps it was. :-D

Pretty good macro shot.
I love fountain pens, I had to find a source of cheap ones because mine kept growing little legs and leaving my desk never to be seen again.
What's mine is mine and what's the teacher's is mine if he ain't looking!
I used to write my hall passes with a broad tip calligraphy pen, made it much harder for kids to forge passes from me.
