I'm looking for a website that will host my photos and allow users to purchase at a price I set. I've looked at Smugmug and Zenfolio. Now I'd like to hear what feedback UHH'ers have had with such services and any recommendations. Thanks in advance for your comments.
If it were that easy, we'd all be doing it.
Cheers,
R.
I like Etsy...you can set up your own shop and charge what you wish.
Like .20 a listing....nothing. I have a shop there if you would like an example.

Not looking to turn pro or make a fortune. Only looking for a way to provide the option for anyone that cares to.

I use Zenfolio and am happy with them. They are $25.00 a year for the basic plan right now but it is going up to $30.00 a year on May 1st.
interesting suggestions...i have a flikr acct but not totally happy...it is sufficient...have started looking at others that are suggested here but have not decided...thanks for asking for me...

Depends on how many images you have to post. Zenfolio for unlimited is $50 a year curently and probably the best you will find for the money.

You could look at Imagequix who charge $19 a month and you only pay when you use them. Others make you pay all the time.
I cannot find anything to my dislike with SmugMug. Sell one photo a month and you pay for your site. Check mine out.

That is a bold statement, what are you pricing that image out at?
Smugmug also MAKE you have a direct debit system from your credit card, that is something I DO NOT like about them. If you forget and want to stop it, they keep charging you. Much better to pay as you go WHEN you want to pay.
Does Smugmug offer the same exact things that Zenfolio offer for either of their first two packages ($25 and $50 a year) at the same or lower price?
