Newly Released Documents Prove That Hillary Sent And Received Classified Emails on Private Server

With lawyerly parsing, Hillary Clinton has long denied that she sent or received classified emails on her unsecured server while secretary of state, but new emails released by Judicial Watch today tell a different story.

Seventy pages of State Department records reveal that Clinton and her top aides, Deputy Chiefs of Staff Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan, "received and sent classified information on their non-state.gov email accounts." Judicial Watch obtained the documents in response to a court order from their May 2015 lawsuit after State failed to respond to a March 18 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

The new documents show that Hillary Clinton used the clintonemail.com system to ask Huma Abedin (also on a non-state.gov email account) to print two March 2011 emails, which were sent from former British Prime Minister Tony Blair (using the moniker “aclb”) to Jake Sullivan on Sullivan’s non-state.gov email account.  The Obama State Department redacted the Blair emails under Exemption (b)(1) which allows the withholding of classified material.  The material is marked as being classified as “Foreign government information” and “foreign relations or foreign activities of the US, including confidential sources.”

Another email shows that Clinton wanted to know how meetings in Washington, including a four-hour meeting concerning America’s war on Libya, would impact her Hamptons vacation.  Responding to an email that details the sensitive meetings in D.C., Clinton emailed Abedin on August 26, 2011, “Ok. What time would I get back to Hamptons?”  Again, this email discussion takes place on non-state.gov email accounts.
The documents also include advice to Clinton on Libya from eminence grise Sidney Blumenthal, a Clinton Foundation employee who, according to a Judicial Watch investigative report, also had business interests in Libya.  Clinton wanted Blumenthal’s March 9, 2011, Libya memo to be printed “without any identifiers.”

As Hot Air's Ed Morrissey notes, this email may not be as problematic as it looks:

The memo from Sid Blumenthal has “CONFIDENTIAL” at the top of the message, but that’s from Blumenthal, not a government classification. State released that memo without redactions.  The need to strip “identifiers” off of it almost certainly reflected the need to keep Blumenthal’s involvement quiet in the face of intense dislike of him at the White House.

The new emails also show Abedin discussing Hillary’s travel schedule in great detail -- a potential security risk given the unsecured nature of Clinton's "homebrew" server.

The newly released Abedin emails include a lengthy exchange giving precise details of Clinton’s schedule using unsecured government emails. The email from Lona J. Valmoro, former Special Assistant to Secretary of State Clinton, to Abedin and Clinton reveals exact times (including driving times) and locations of all appointments throughout the day. Another itinerary email provides details about a meeting at the United Nations in New York at 3:00 on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, with the precise disclosure, “that would mean wheels up from Andrews at approximately 12:00pm/12:15pm.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement that the new emails now ensnare Clinton's aides in the FBI dragnet:
“These emails show that Hillary Clinton isn’t the only Obama official who should be worried about being prosecuted for mishandling classified information.  Her former top State aides (and current campaign advisers) Abedin and Sullivan could find themselves in the dock, as well. The Obama State Department has now confirmed that Clinton, Abedin, and Sullivan used unsecured, non-government email accounts to communicate information that today needs to be withheld from the American people ‘in the interest of national defense or foreign policy, and properly classified.’

When can we expect the indictments?”

Oh, my! Wait until Twurdlow sees this! Incidentally, Twurdlow.......if you insist on copying and pasting this like you do everything I have been posting about your "hero" (Shrillary ), or as some people call her, "Hitlery", please don't paste it TWICE, (like you did that last one, OK? )

Can you believe it? Those "great folks" at the White House that you are so fond of seem to have an intense dislike of Shrillary's "flunky", Sidney Blumenthal.......and it's sure starting to look like Shrillary is going to have lots of "company" when she gets dragged into court, (kicking and screaming, no doubt. ) It looks like she will have her "girly friend", Huma to keep her company; Personally, I have long suspected that Huma must be a little short on "smarts"......after all, anyone who would marry the disgraced "perv", (you know, the former dimocRAT Congressman who used to keep sending "selfies" of his "genitalia" to unsuspecting young ladies on the internet that he had never even seen before? ) I mean, obviously, anyone who would marry a "pervert" who became so blatant in his bizarre and outrageous behavior that he was forced to give up his seat in Congress couldn't be too bright, could she?

And I don't suppose very many dimocRATS are at all troubled by the fact that everyone in Huma's family are "big shots" in the Muslim Brotherhood, which as we all know supports radical Muslim jihadists that are always blowing up buses with little children in them. I have a photo of Huma's Mom someplace; if I can just find it I'll add it the ones I have already attached. Just the kind of people that you libs like to see working with, (and apparently, also "playing with" ) this country's Secretary of State and having unfettered access to all of our Government's most sensitive and top secret information.
