Lightroom Slideshow issue

I am having a problem with LR 2015.4. I recently did an uninstall and reinstall on LR with the latest update because whenever I pressed play on the slideshow it would crash. Now Running on PC Windows 10. When trying to Play slideshow the title page will appear then the pictures show as
black screen with just white lines showing that the photo was horizontal or vertical. Seems to have happened to others but I can't find any solution. HELP ??

Sometimes you just have to redo everything. I deleted those pictures from LR and hard drive. Reloaded the photos using a card reader, new file in external hard drive, imported to LR and created new collection. Everything works, sometimes you just have to do a total redo and you don't know why.

I had exactly same problem with Slide show in LR. Adobe reps worked on it and still couldn't resolve the issue. Adobe reps told me that they will call me with a solution after consulting with their engineers. (It is almost two weeks since I heard from them).
