I am impressed...........wish there was no degradation in putting it on here :|
Amazing. So what's the effective aperture?

Thanks, Bob. Nope, no cement table or floor. My rig is mounted on a heavy extruded aluminum base. My house has wood floor, no basement so I have to be careful when I run a stack.

On this set-up my effective aperture was f/21.4.
I was testing an inexpensive (but very sharp) Sigma 70-300 lens to see if I could push the objective above the rated 10x.
I usually don't go past an effective aperture of f/20, but in this case it came out OK.
Very impressive
Very Clean. So Jealous of your Microphotography..
