Close Ups of an old Argus C3 35mm Film Camera I recovered. A C3 was my first Camera. That camera is long gone but was just like this one.
My first camera was a square brown plastic Kodak Brownie. Think my nephew ended up with that camera.

The Argus C3 was quite the camera in its day. I knew many people who had them, one of which had a waterproof enclosure made to take photos while scuba diving. I never did have a C3. I began photography with a brown plastic Kodak Brownie (no flash) when I was about the ripe old age of 12. Took lots of good pictures with it. Graduated to 35mm with a Miranda F SLR around 1963.
How neat, Marki! I love old cameras. My husband has a 1939 Argus, but I don't know the model #.

Very interesting, Marki, & good shots, too--excellent detail. :D :D
I started at age 10 with a Hopalong Cassidy camera--still have it.
