I have purchased a new Canon 760D or as its known in the States as a RebelT6S.I have, after seeking advice from several fellow hoggers, also purchased a Canon 10-18 wide angle.I need to purchase a Flashgun which will have TTL .Having looked at several I have narrowed my search to a Neewer VK750 II.In the compatibility list it does not include the Canon camera I have bought. My query is will this flashgun work with my camera?Any advice would be appreciated

Note that what is more important here is that your flash will never cover the wide angle lens area...
As to compliance with your camera. Check the manufacturer site, not the re-seller that usually includes only a partial list. If in doubt, contact the manufacturer directly.
Thanks Rongongno but I realise the flash would not cover the wide range of this lens and would use probably with my Canon 35-135.I will endeavour to contact Neewer.
It is an issue of canon versus an off brand. For reliability and compatability I would stick with canon. If you want to save money and take a risk then go Neewer VK750 II

Haven't any hands-on experience with the make of Flashgun you mention. I use Nissin Flashguns. Suggest you look at the Nissin i40 Flash Gun, Canon fit, - that's if you're trying to save cash over buying genuine Canon.
regards,
Danny J
PS: No, the flash will NOT work with any camera; it must be for canon as the flash Hotshoes are different for Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc. The canon fitment Nissin would work on all your Canon DSLR's (assuming u have more than one). They are full TTL, have bounce, swivel & zoom facilities AND can be used off camera.
Thanks DannyJS and I will give it a look
I use a Godox Ving 860 with my Canon 6d and I love it. I bought the Godox because I broke my 430ex 11 and was skint at the time so had to buy a budget flash. I was so impressed with the Godox I have since bought three more so I can gang 3 together hand have an on camera fill as well.

I would suggest either a used Canon flash such as the 580 EXII, or look at the Yongnuo flashes for Canon. Many people here have experience with the Yongnuo flashes as a good and reliable off-brand product such as
http://www.amazon.com/Yongnuo-Professional-Speedlight-Flashlight-Olympus/dp/B00BXA7N6A There are several models to consider, but the brand seems good.
Neewer tends to rebadge other manufacturer's products, and although I find them good for some things you never know the source of the product, so for something like a flash I would be careful.

I bought a Neewer MW320 for my Sony a6000. It was the only 3rd party alternative to the overpriced and under capability Sony flash because of the multi interface shoe that is the only weakness on this otherwise fine camera. The Neewer is well made and works fine. This flash was originally a Meike. Neewer seems to mostly rebrand equipment made by others.
