Great picture! The eye has it tho. Love the way they think they are hiding.:) Little Bit does this all the time and when I walk by, she jumps out and grabs my pant leg. Talk about a wake up call.:):)

Thanks for the clue, Erv. I couldn't find a thing until I read your post.

Good shot. It took me forever to see it and I needed Erv's clue to spot what it is. Now my eye keeps going to the eye.

Actually he and another female have adopted me for over a yr now. I saw him go into the 'fiddlehead' patch of ferns so I decided to give the Kalimar lens a try, manual mode. I have another where he is hiding also.....I have 4 cats now....the two above are 'downstairs/outside' cats, and the two I have upstairs, stay upstairs. I don't want to add to the mix......thanks for viewing and commenting!

Erv's a sharp-eyed varmit - I couldn't spot the cat until his eye clue. Normally I'm pretty good at spotting stuff in nature. Not this time. Should have gone to the download sooner. Now both eyes jump out at me, as well as the ear.
