I've always said that the hardest job in the world, after being a soldier, is being a dairy farmer, because you are a dairy farmer 24/7/365, and only get a vacation if you can find someone who is willing and able to fill your shoes for a week. It would kill me to see 'designer water' going for more per gallon in the grocery stores than a gallon of milk that was blood, sweat and tears for a farm family. Sometimes I think, as a society, we have our priorities back-end-asswards. Hats off to farmers and those in the military. To the ones who feed us and to the ones who protect us.

Maybe you need to be a farmer to appreciate this ??? Very touching and emotional to me - a farmer's daughter. Though I've lived in cities all of my adult life, the farmer is still in my soul.
Thanks for posting.

That man will be missed by all in my generation for some time to come. One of those men rich with talent that could express a paragraph in a sentence.

I totally agree. Your description reminds me of times gone by and all the times I listened to Paul Harvey on the radio. Thanks to the OP for sharing this. Great start to my day! Also kudo's to Dodge for a commercial that makes you think, and is entertaining. It's nice to see a commercial that's not all about force feeding you their product but gets their message across. Hope this starts a trend.
Good Day!
